Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation, editing, and submission of high-quality bid and tender documents in collaboration with the Bids Manager and other team members.
  • Marketing Support:
    • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
    • Update and maintain the company's website, ensuring that content is current, engaging, and aligned with the company's brand.
    • Support the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and newsletters.
    • Monitor and respond to online reviews, comments, and feedback.
    • Help with the renewal of company accreditations.
    • Assist with other ad-hoc tasks as required to support the wider business.
    Requirements:
    • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with design software.
    • Proactive, hardworking, and flexible when approaching challenging deadlines.
    • Flexibility to occasionally work evenings or weekends, to support marketing events and/or ensure critical deadlines are met.
