Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the preparation, editing, and submission of high-quality bid and tender documents in collaboration with the Bids Manager and other team members.
- Marketing Support:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
- Update and maintain the company's website, ensuring that content is current, engaging, and aligned with the company's brand.
- Support the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and newsletters.
- Monitor and respond to online reviews, comments, and feedback.
- Help with the renewal of company accreditations.
- Assist with other ad-hoc tasks as required to support the wider business.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with design software.
