Land Acquisition Specialist

About the RoleWe're seeking a skilled Land Manager to join our Aggreko Energy Services (AES) team in the Central Belt of Scotland. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for identifying suitable land for our energy projects and negotiating with landowners, government agencies, and other stakeholders to secure necessary development rights and consents.
Key Responsibilities- Formulate and implement strategies for identifying potential land sites suitable for renewable energy projects.
- Conduct land feasibility assessments, land referencing, and diligence to support project planning.
- Negotiate lease agreements, easements, and other land rights with landowners to secure the best value for the project.
- Liaise with local planning authorities, environmental agencies, and other stakeholders to address concerns and obtain necessary consents.
- Manage relationships with landowners and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
We're looking for an experienced Land Manager with a strong understanding of land requirements for energy projects. You'll need to stay up-to-date with industry trends, market values, regulations, and best practices related to land rights acquisition and renewable energy project development.
