About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at easyJet Holidays. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their queries are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide solutions to customer complaints and concerns, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and informed support

Requirements

  • Fluent French language skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
