Role Overview:

The Program Coordinator will oversee the execution of projects in alignment with Agile methodologies. They will ensure that business objectives are met while complying with legal, risk, and regulatory requirements associated with growth initiatives and system infrastructure modifications.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the timely delivery of migration projects, ensuring adherence to the organization's project management standards and alignment with business goals.
  • Continuously evaluate and implement enhancements to project processes, proactively identifying risks and removing obstacles.
  • Utilize stakeholder management strategies to foster engagement and drive project momentum across teams, departments, and external partners.
  • Establish and nurture professional relationships with key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Employ a variety of project management techniques and tools to effectively manage projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes within budgetary constraints.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience in effective project management.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of tailoring messages to diverse audiences.
  • Strong planning and organizational abilities, with knowledge or experience in Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid understanding of the regulatory landscape and customer base.
  • Familiarity with risk and issue management practices.
