Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated Field Engineer to join our expanding service team. This role involves working from home and covering a designated area, where you will be responsible for the service and repair of electric and thermostatic showers, as well as the replacement of existing units.

Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in plumbing, multi-trade work, or field service engineering.
  • Strong customer service skills and a commitment to quality.
  • Excellent communication abilities and a friendly demeanor.
  • A flexible approach to work and a drive to meet customer expectations.

Comprehensive product training will be provided to those with relevant experience, including:

  • Public-facing customer interaction skills.
  • Technical experience in engineering, plumbing, or multi-meter usage.
  • A valid UK driving license.

Compensation and Benefits: This position offers a Monday to Friday schedule with no on-call duties or weekend work. Average earnings can reach up to £40,000 OTE, structured as follows:

  • Base Salary: £35,152
  • Bonus scheme averaging £2,200 per annum
  • Overtime opportunities
