About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Installation Operative to join our growing Installations Team in Birmingham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing pipework and assisting our drivers with loading and unloading vehicles. This is a physically demanding role that requires a good level of fitness and the ability to work safely in accordance with our SHEQ policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install pipework and assist with loading and unloading vehicles
  • Work collaboratively with the Installation Supervisors to achieve team goals
  • Manage site safety and adhere to our SHEQ policies and procedures
  • Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of our vehicles and equipment
Requirements
  • Experience working on construction sites and a good understanding of onsite safety
  • Ability to adapt to challenging situations with a positive approach
  • Flexibility with working hours and availability to be part of our 'on call' rota
  • Current Full UK driving license
