About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will play a key role in providing high-quality occupational therapy services to patients across our trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced assessment and treatment of patients with complex physical and psychological conditions.
  • Develop and deliver individualized treatment programs to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care and effective communication.
  • Participate in service development projects and contribute to the improvement of occupational therapy services.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members to ensure their professional development and growth.
Requirements
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification.
  • State registration with the Health Care Professions Council.
  • Experience in relevant occupational therapy specialties and clinical settings.
  • Ability to apply advanced clinical reasoning skills and make sound judgments in complex situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
