KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead and mentor team members engaged in various supply chain functions, ensuring adherence to company policies and reporting standards.
  • Accountable for the establishment and execution of all project supply chain processes and activities.
  • Ensure all supply chain operations align with project execution plans and contractual strategies, maintaining budget compliance.
  • Develop and disseminate project-specific procurement plans and contract schedules in accordance with project requirements.
  • Manage the project/procurement status report (PSR) to track timelines and communicate any potential delays to project management.
  • Facilitate regular PSR meetings with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of pre-order requirements.
  • Prioritize tasks, allocate workloads, and address complex supply chain challenges.
  • Ensure that all supply chain activities reflect the client’s contract terms and conditions.
  • Foster understanding among stakeholders regarding contractual obligations and responsibilities.
  • Utilize the Wood Approved Supplier Register for supplier evaluation and selection.
  • Conduct supplier performance reviews and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with the Wood Supply Chain Code of Conduct and all relevant legal and statutory requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS
