About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and established privately owned business as a Financial Controller. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing several key investment projects across multiple sectors, ensuring each day brings fresh challenges and opportunities to grow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for multiple projects
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth
  • Lead a small team of financial professionals to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business decisions
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies
Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA qualification with experience in an SME or group of businesses
  • Background in project accounting or leading change initiatives
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
What We Offer
  • £70,000 to £75,000 basic salary
