Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our Housekeeping Team as a Night Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the night housekeeping team to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the Housekeeping Manager to ensure seamless communication and coordination between teams.
- Provide administrative support, including maintaining records and reports, and ordering supplies.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
- Good IT skills, with experience of using software applications and systems.
