About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Housekeeping Night Supervisor to join our team. As a Housekeeping Night Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the night housekeeping team, ensuring that cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage the night housekeeping team to ensure that cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure that all cleaning equipment and supplies are maintained and stored properly.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure that cleaning standards are met and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and rotas to ensure that the hospital is clean and safe at all times.
  • Collaborate with the Housekeeping Manager to ensure that the department is running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Provide administrative support to the Housekeeping Manager, including maintaining records and reports.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within a cleaning or facilities management environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Good IT skills and ability to use cleaning software.
