Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Logistics Operative to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position requiring a commitment of 5 out of 7 days on a rotating schedule.

Compensation:
The role offers a competitive hourly wage of £11.91, with additional shift allowances as follows:
• 1.5x for overtime
• 1.25x for Saturday shifts
• 1.5x for Sunday shifts
• 2x for Public Holidays

Key Responsibilities:
• Efficiently pack milk into trolleys and manage the movement of trolleys within the chilled environment.
• Utilize voice technology for order picking.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing vehicles.
• Ensure proper stock rotation and date code verification.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, and Risk Assessments.
• Conduct quality control inspections to meet customer expectations and product standards.
• Maintain hygiene and environmental standards through a 'clean as you go' approach.
• Operate equipment effectively to achieve required outputs.
• Replenish materials as necessary.
• Assist in training colleagues on job-related tasks.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
• Perform additional duties as required, in line with the role.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
• A proactive and self-motivated attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently.
