We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Regeneration Officer to become part of our dynamic team, supported by a group of dedicated professionals who embody a proactive approach.


In this role, you will be instrumental in engaging with residents throughout the estate regeneration journey, which includes consulting on development proposals and managing the relocation process.


Your responsibilities will involve informing, consulting, and engaging with local residents – including tenants, leaseholders, and freeholders – through both verbal and written communication.


Building and maintaining partnerships with council colleagues will be essential, along with the ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication skills are vital to assist residents during transitional periods.
