Key Responsibilities:- Security and Safety: Ensure the safety and security of all hotel guests, staff, and property by conducting regular patrols of the hotel premises, including public areas, guest floors, and back-of-house.
- Incident Response: Respond to emergencies, alarms, and any incidents swiftly and professionally, and complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate security logs.
- Access Control: Monitor security cameras and control access to the hotel, ensuring that only authorized personnel have access to restricted areas.
- Guest and Staff Support: Assist with guest and staff inquiries related to security and safety matters, and work closely with the management team to enforce hotel policies and procedures.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, and identify and address potential security risks to minimize the risk of incidents.
- Competitive Salary: £34,387 p/a + service charge
