Hotel Security Director

About the Role
The Security Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic security plans, overseeing hotel security, and safeguarding colleagues, guests, and property. This role requires a strong leader with extensive knowledge of security strategies, policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Director of Security in developing strategic security plans
- Lead security risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate potential threats
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Provide leadership and guidance to the security team
- Develop and deliver security training programs for all colleagues
About You
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in hotel security management and possess strong leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and motivate a team. You will be expected to stay up to date with emerging security threats and trends, and recommend proactive measures to address potential risks.
