We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Primary Care Development Manager. As a key member of our Integrated Care Board, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategies to improve the health and wellbeing of our communities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including primary care practices, local representative committees, and NHS England.
- Lead and propose changes to the ongoing development of tasks and projects that support primary care network (PCN) and integrated care area (ICA) maturity.
- Work independently to make and escalate appropriate decisions, providing information to stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
- Master's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Experience in evaluating and measuring the performance of health services, performance management of contracts, and setting up internal processes and procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to stakeholders.
