We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Floor Manager to join our team at Som Saa, a busy restaurant in London. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of floor staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Work closely with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and control restaurant operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and cash handling.
- Train and develop floor staff to ensure they have the knowledge and skills needed to provide exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Floor Manager or similar role in a busy restaurant environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and cash handling.
