About the Role
We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a lifeguard and activity coordinator at our Splash Waterworld. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safety of our guests while also delivering exceptional customer service and promoting fun activities in and around the pool.
About You
We're looking for someone with a natural ability to engage with a wide range of people, a strong swimming ability, and excellent attention to detail. If you have a previous lifeguard qualification, that's great, but we're also happy to support you in gaining your NPLQ with us. You'll work as part of a great team, but also have the opportunity to supervise areas independently.
