This is a permanent role with established working hours. We are seeking aquatic instructors to cover: Monday to Friday from 15:45 to 18:15, and Saturdays from 08:30 to 12:30.

Individuals of all ages and abilities are welcome at our facilities. As an Aquatic Instructor, you will conduct sessions effectively, utilizing your knowledge of best teaching practices and your enthusiasm for helping students achieve their full potential. Flexibility in your teaching methods and working hours will be essential to meet the needs of the organization.

You will be tasked with developing lesson plans and a detailed curriculum that aligns with the Swim England Learn to Swim Programme. You will conduct sessions according to the timetable, ensuring classes start and end punctually. Your natural ability to foster and maintain excellent relationships with customers will be crucial, as you put individuals at ease with a positive and accommodating attitude. You will adhere to the Swim England Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct at all times, ensuring that any child safeguarding concerns are reported promptly and appropriately, in line with Fusion's Safeguarding policy. Ensuring that all lessons are delivered safely and effectively, meeting regulatory standards and guidelines, will be part of your responsibilities. You will be dedicated to continuously seeking ways to enhance our swim lesson programme and improve our service to swimmers and customers.
