Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care to our service users, supporting them with their daily living needs and promoting their independence.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care to service users, including support with daily living tasks, medication administration, and personal care.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred care.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

- Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
