Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled Finance Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for accurately processing invoices, managing direct debits, and identifying process improvements to drive efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing for our telematics business, adhering to strict deadlines and maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Convert sales orders into customer invoices, ensuring completeness of revenue and accuracy of all charges.
- Implement and maintain strong controls to guarantee process completion to the highest standard.
- Collaborate with the Credit Department to resolve queries efficiently and effectively.
- Process monthly and annual subscription billing routines, ensuring seamless execution.
- Manage direct debits in line with strict deadlines, maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Accurately post and reconcile bank transactions daily, ensuring financial integrity.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment.
Requirements
- Experience in a transactional finance role, with a strong understanding of financial operations and processes.
- Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision.
- Ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and adapting to changing demands.
- Advanced Excel skills, including experience with Pivot Tables and V-Look Up.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
