Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Quality Assurance Manager with a strong background in quality management, regulatory compliance, and leadership. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing and maintaining quality management systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Lead and manage a team of quality professionals to achieve quality objectives
  • Conduct audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and resolve quality-related issues
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of quality management experience in the Life Sciences industry
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, including ISO 13485 and ISO 9001
  • Experience with quality management software and tools
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
