We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Director to join our team at Sixty Eight People Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and success.
About the Role:
- Take ownership of our North West London venue, driving sales and revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies and exceptional customer service.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering an outstanding guest experience.
- Collaborate with our community-focused team to develop and implement new ideas and initiatives.
- Support the development of our team members through coaching and guidance, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Work closely with our suppliers to source high-quality products and services, ensuring a unique and memorable experience for our customers.
About Us:
Sixty Eight People Ltd is a hospitality-obsessed brand with a range of eight neighbourhood bars across London. We're passionate about creating a fun and welcoming environment for our customers and our team members alike.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary between £37,000 and £42,000, including TRONC.
- A bonus scheme, offering up to £4,000 per annum.
