Responsibilities

* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues and improve system performance
* Provide technical support for Windows 10, Office 365, Exchange/Outlook, Teams, Active directory, Sophos MDM, Jira (ITSM), Windows server 2012, 2016, VMware, VEEAM, Fortinet, VPN, and TCP/IP
