We are a unique central government creative studio working on projects that make a difference to people's lives. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of creative projects.
Main Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of high-profile accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for client matters.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Prepare design, video, and strategic planning quotes and schedules for client approval, collaborating with the design, artworking, video, and strategy teams.
- Meet with clients for briefings and present creative concepts.
- Discuss work schedules and status knowledgeably and confidently.
- Review and approve materials supplied at all stages of development.
- Project manage the successful delivery of creative projects, working closely with designers to ensure outputs meet client needs and budget.
- Manage the work and career development of Account Executives.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the studio.
- Proven account/project management and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working within the creative industry, with a thorough understanding of budgets, production, and timeframes.
- Highly self-motivated, with a polite, friendly, and diplomatic manner.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels.
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with attention to detail, deadlines, and budget line management experience preferred.
- Good commercial awareness to monitor cost-effectiveness of in-house service delivery.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- An interest in current affairs.
- Experience working in a busy agency environment, managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Proven track record of effectively managing and liaising with high-profile clients.
- Ability to engage and manage relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Strong strategic planning skills, with the ability to think ahead, anticipate challenges, and develop creative solutions using the Design 102 creative team.
- Experience project managing complex, multiple-disciplinary creative projects.
- Competent in identifying project risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure overall project success.
