Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing a high standard of care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with medication administration and record keeping
- Participate in activities and events to promote social interaction and engagement
- Contribute to a safe and clean environment, adhering to health and safety protocols
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve excellent care standards
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification
- At least 12 months experience working as a Care Assistant
- Genuine interest in working with the elderly
