About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Paid Social Media Manager to join our team at Digitas UK. As a key member of our media department, you will be responsible for devising and managing testing frameworks to maximize performance and making budget, channel, and tactic recommendations to drive results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate setup and management of paid social campaigns across multiple platforms and networks.
  • Lead ongoing optimization and evolution of media activity, devising and managing testing frameworks to maximize performance.
  • Ensure regular performance-based optimization tasks, including adjusting budgets, bids, targeting, and creative, take place on a regular basis.
  • Identify innovative opportunities to deliver new solutions that demonstrate superior value to clients through close relationships with media and technology partners.
  • Lead updates at regular client review meetings and status calls.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from all media specialisms to ensure budget is managed efficiently and data is shared across all channels.
  • Ensure accurate monthly reconciliation and financing of clients and ensure spend is delivered according to media plan and clients receive accurate and timely invoicing from media partners.
  • Mentor junior members of the team, overseeing their work day-to-day and providing clear objectives and reviews.
Requirements
  • Established experience as a Paid Social / Biddable Manager in an Agency setting.
  • Experience working on EMEA / Global clients.
  • Ability to independently activate, manage, and optimize campaigns, and oversee others to ensure quality of output.
  • Collaborative, team player with an inquisitive attitude.
  • Possess hands-on experience of major social channels.
