Senior Paid Social Media Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Paid Social Media Manager to join our team at DEPT. As a Senior Paid Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for leading our paid social media efforts and developing strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of paid social media specialists to deliver high-quality campaigns and achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement comprehensive paid social media strategies that align with our clients' business goals and objectives.
- Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, media, and analytics, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of paid social media campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize campaign performance and improve ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest paid social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure our team is always ahead of the curve.
- 5+ years of experience in paid social media management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality campaigns and achieving business objectives.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of paid social media specialists.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
