Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Site Director to join our team at Search. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our apartment projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the health and safety of our site teams
  • Complete thorough snagging reports to ensure high standards are met
  • Liaise with subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
  • Supervise and coordinate the labor force on site
  • Coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment
  • Attend regular site meetings to ensure project progress and address any issues

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Director or similar role
  • Experience working on apartment projects
  • Experience working with main contractors
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety protocols
  • Experience leading and managing teams
  • CSCS certification
  • First Aid certification
  • SMSTS or SSSTS certification
