Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of individuals who have experienced housing crises and provide support to build life skills and resilience.
- Develop trusting relationships with clients to improve confidence and motivation, enabling them to find their own solutions to housing needs.
- Refer clients to other service providers or request assistance from the wider team and specialist services as needed.
- Liaise with landlords regarding tenancy breaches and potential legal action.
- Attend court hearings to provide evidence and represent the client as necessary.
- Conduct home visits to investigate households' circumstances.
- Substantial experience working with statutory and voluntary organizations in a Housing Related Support context, specifically with rough sleeping.
- Ability to work with complex and challenging caseloads/individuals.
- CIH Level 3 Diploma in Housing Practice (BTEC Level equivalent).
- Flexible and willing to work outside normal working hours.
- Full Driving License and access to a car for business meetings.
