We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Monitoring Manager to join our team at Together. As a key member of our Compliance Monitoring team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering assurance test programs to evaluate our exposure to regulatory Compliance and Conduct risk.
As a Compliance Monitoring Manager, you will lead the development of our annual Compliance Monitoring Plan, effectively analyzing and evaluating risks to the business to identify areas where assurance is required. You will also manage and oversee the completion of monitoring activities in line with our compliance monitoring time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of the annual Compliance Monitoring Plan
- Manage and oversee the completion of monitoring activities
- Design and deliver second-line monitoring reviews
- Ensure regulatory and conduct monitoring independently assesses customer outcomes
- Produce MI on assurance activity and progress against the Compliance Monitoring Plan
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Significant experience acting as a Compliance Monitoring Manager
- Extensive knowledge and experience of the Financial Conduct Authority and their associated supervisory approach
- Previous experience of working within a Mortgage regulated entity
- Significant understanding of regulatory and conduct risk
- A natural appetite and inquisitive mind for horizon-scanning
