About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team at Nexgen Group. As a key member of our grounds maintenance team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to our clients across Swindon and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out lawn cutting and landscape gardening tasks to maintain our clients' properties.
  • Perform greenkeeping and greenkeeper tasks to ensure our clients' outdoor spaces are well-maintained.
  • Prune hedges and carry out spraying tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Hold a manual UK driving license and be willing to use a company-provided van.
  • Have previous experience in grounds or gardening environments.
  • Be IT literate and able to use tablet and smartphone apps.
  • Have good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Be local to the Swindon area.
