Job Summary

The Housekeeper plays a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of our lounges, providing an exceptional experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and tidy environment for guests, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Ensure washroom facilities are clean and well-stocked, with a focus on maintaining a hygienic environment.
  • Responsible for waste management, including recycling and disposal of waste in accordance with company procedures.
  • Realign lounge furniture and amenities to meet the prescribed layout, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  • Use cleaning fluids and equipment in accordance with COSHH regulations, maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Maintain sufficient stock levels of cleaning fluids and equipment, ensuring a smooth operation of the lounge.
  • Assist the Chef and Team Leader in maintaining a high level of hygiene and cleanliness in all areas, adhering to the Food Safety Management System.
  • Perform other reasonable tasks as requested by the Team Leader or Manager.
Qualifications and Competences
  • Knowledge of cleaning and sanitisation products, techniques, and methods.
  • Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
  • Physical stamina and mobility, including the ability to reach, kneel, and bend.
  • Ability to work as part of a team or independently, with a focus on completing tasks efficiently.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
