We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Night Nurse to join our dedicated clinical team at Amberwood House in Ferndown, Dorset. As a Night Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional patient care, ensuring the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents are met.
- Work collaboratively with the clinical team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control policies and procedures.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Support the Senior Nurse and Clinical Lead in the management of the care home, contributing to the achievement of quality and safety standards.
- A competitive hourly rate, including enhancements.
- A 36-hour contract, including alternate weekends and paid breaks.
