About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Trainer to join our team at PROTIP UK. As a Product Trainer, you will play a key role in educating customers on leveraging our clients SaaS products effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our clients software products and translate complex features into user-friendly content.
  • Design and deliver training sessions (virtual and in-person) to customers at all levels using a range of methodologies, including e-learning, classroom, and blended learning solutions.
  • Create and maintain training materials such as guides, video tutorials, and interactive eLearning modules to support customer onboarding and ongoing learning.
  • Provide ongoing support to users through troubleshooting and problem resolution via phone, email, and webinars.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Regulatory) to create accurate, up-to-date training content that reflects product updates and customer needs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Support the Training Manager in ensuring training materials are continuously updated and aligned with product enhancements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and new developments in training methodologies and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Success, Training, or Service Delivery role, preferably in SaaS or cloud-based solutions.
  • Strong experience in creating training documentation and procedural materials for diverse audiences.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Proven track record of quickly learning and mastering complex software applications.
  • Strong instructional design skills with the ability to deliver training in both group and one-on-one settings.
  • Good creative and design capabilities, with attention to detail and a knack for simplifying complex topics.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Experience using eLearning platforms and tools is a plus.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with construction industry software or project management platforms.
  • Experience with Asite or similar SaaS solutions.
  • Previous experience conducting software training sessions for construction technology or similar sectors.
