Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse Advisor to join our team on a permanent, part-time basis (1 day/week). The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert case management and DSE assessment services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide case management services to clients, including telephone and video consultations
- Conduct DSE assessments and provide recommendations for improvement
- Develop and implement effective case management plans to ensure optimal health and well-being of clients
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of client interactions and case management activities
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with a strong background in occupational health
- Proven experience in case management and DSE assessment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of £40,000 - £43,000 pro rata, depending on experience
