About the Role

Owlstone Medical is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Analytical Researcher to join our analytical science department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and running TD-GC-MS methodologies for biomarker discovery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct safety reviews and ordering of chemicals
  • Prepare solutions and samples for analysis
  • Operate analytical instrumentation (TD-GC-MS) and perform routine data processing
  • Design and execute experiments to support biomarker discovery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure experimental work adheres to department processes
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant analytical science discipline
  • Experience working in a laboratory environment
  • Practical experience with GC systems and MS instruments
  • Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively
