The University of Cambridge seeks a Senior Research Associate to join the Genomics and Bioinformatics Core within the Institute of Metabolic Science.

The successful candidate will provide analytical expertise in the design, implementation, and interpretation of projects utilizing human genetics data.

A PhD in genetic epidemiology, statistical genetics, computational biology, bioinformatics, or a closely related field is required.

Familiarity with whole exome/genome sequence data analysis and statistical genetics approaches is essential.

The role holder will work closely with research groups to provide analytical and data management support.

Fixed-term until 31 March 2030.
