Nurse Practitioner

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with national and local policy and guidance. This will involve implementing and evaluating care and treatment plans, escalating any deviations or changes in condition to the District Nurse or GP as necessary.
Additionally, the candidate will be expected to participate in the development and implementation of community nursing service developments and initiatives, as well as contribute to clinical audit and the implementation of changes to ways of working or clinical practice.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also be able to promote the safety and well-being of patients, staff, and others, and ensure that all complaints, untoward incidents, accidents, and areas of clinical risk are identified and reported to the District Nurse in accordance with organisational policies.
