About the Role
Farnham Park Health Group is seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team in a full-time role of 37 hours per week over 4-5 days. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and committed Advanced Nurse Practitioner or Emergency Care Practitioner with experience of working in General Practice.
Main Responsibilities
The Advanced Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for delivering a high standard of patient care using advanced autonomous/independent clinical skills. This will include assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients presenting with a wide range of acute illnesses, as well as taking part in the management and care of patients with long-term conditions.
Key Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accountability to the NMC Code of Professional Conduct and competencies of RCN and HEE Advanced Clinical Practice. They will also have knowledge of national standards and NICE guidelines, as well as excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
