We are in search of a skilled Lead Visual Content Creator to enhance our team, producing exceptional imagery at the KAREN MILLEN studio. Based in our Manchester studio, you will collaborate closely with our Studio Manager, Art Director, Stylist, and Production Coordinator.
Reporting to the Studio Manager, your role will be to showcase the Karen Millen product through high-caliber digital photography. You will exhibit outstanding lighting techniques, technical expertise, and a keen eye for detail and creativity.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the studio team, including our stylist and art director, to capture digital images of Karen Millen products. Take full ownership of ensuring our products are illuminated effectively, creatively, and in line with our brand's artistic vision. Exhibit strong leadership skills and consistently meet performance targets. Produce high-quality, visually stunning images, ensuring correct exposure and color consistency. Prepare shooting sets, ensuring all equipment is operational, setting up appropriate lighting, and maintaining accurate daily shoot records. Organize and manage digital asset files, creating daily contact sheets and uploads to our creative platform. Collaborate with stylists and the art director on image selection and editing. Crop and process all images, adhering to file size specifications. Conduct quality assurance checks on all images. Work with our art director to refresh seasonal galleries. Accurately archive images for easy access by other departments. Ensure all images are prepared ahead of online sales. Meet daily and weekly deadlines for new website content. Demonstrate the ability to work effectively within a team, remaining calm under pressure with a flexible approach. Take responsibility for the maintenance and care of all studio equipment. Undertake additional tasks as required and contribute ideas to enhance our e-commerce gallery, maintaining our status as a premium fashion leader. Exhibit passion and agility in your work.
