Position Overview
As a Casino Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating thrilling experiences that captivate our guests. If you excel in leadership and have a passion for coaching and mentoring teams to achieve outstanding results, this role is tailored for you.
Your Responsibilities:
- Ensure an exceptional product and customer experience while adhering to responsible gambling principles across all gaming operations.
- Assist the Management Team in enhancing casino performance, utilizing a balanced scorecard approach that encompasses financial, customer service, and team metrics.
- Embody and promote our core values of Service, Teamwork, Ambition, Responsibility, and Solutions.
- Contribute significantly to a skilled management team focused on responsible gambling, customer satisfaction, and delivering a quality product, while managing shifts effectively.
- Foster a proficient team of versatile employees, ensuring they represent the Grosvenor brand across gaming, leisure, and food and beverage sectors, with a strong emphasis on gaming excellence.
- Actively drive sales while managing margins and costs to enhance casino profitability.
- Guarantee compliance with all regulations, particularly the Gaming Commission licensing requirements, and advocate for responsible gambling practices.
Qualifications:
- Possession of a PML license and expertise in all facets of casino gaming.
- Proven experience in managing a team within a service-oriented environment.
