**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Governance and Projects Administrator to join our team at Utility People. As an Interim Governance and Projects Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the Market Governance Team, ensuring the successful delivery of projects and programs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage the Panel Secretariat calendar and inbox, coordinating event logistics and ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders.
  • Support the Market Governance Team in achieving project goals, including creating plans, measuring progress, and tracking activities using project management boards.
  • Prepare project update meeting documents, review action items, and ensure timely closure.
  • Develop and share to-do lists, prioritizing tasks and assigning responsibilities to team members.
  • Coordinate market governance and program meetings, including agenda development, timing, and action item tracking, with a focus on producing clear and concise minutes.
  • Review and update market governance sections of the company website, ensuring timely publication of meeting documents.
  • Manage the purchase order system on behalf of the Market Governance Team.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in providing administrative support to enable effective project delivery.
  • Proactive and positive approach with a can-do attitude.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Powerpoint, and Sharepoint.
  • Excellent forward-planning skills and confident communication abilities to manage diaries of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
  • Initiative and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
