**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Trust Executive to join our Private Client/Succession & Tax team in our Bath office. This role offers a wonderful opportunity to join an inclusive and friendly team, working with Private Clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to and liaising with Trust beneficiaries
  • Carrying out annual Trust reviews
  • Drafting some Trust documentation
  • Preparation of Trust Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax and Income Tax returns
  • Day to day Trust administration including data entry of investment transactions
  • Reviewing and updating FATCA/GIIN status for Trusts
  • Understanding the different Trusts administered by Thrings and procedures required
