We are seeking an experienced Trust Executive to join our Private Client/Succession & Tax team in our Bath office. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and contribute to the growth and success of our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reporting to and liaising with Trust beneficiaries
  • Carrying out annual Trust reviews
  • Drafting Trust documentation
  • Preparation of Trust Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax and Income Tax returns
  • Day-to-day Trust administration, including data entry of investment transactions
  • Reviewing and updating FATCA/GIIN status for Trusts
  • Understanding the different Trusts administered by Thrings and procedures required
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience of running own files and prioritizing work
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and client service skills
  • Organized and able to work at pace
  • Deliver exceptional client service and maintain a high level of professionalism
