Park Plaza Victoria London is seeking a highly skilled Meetings and Events Planning Manager to join our team. As a Meetings and Events Planning Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and planning large hotel events, conferences, and meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meticulously coordinate and plan large hotel events, conferences, and meetings.
- Have knowledge of conferences, menus, and event planning.
- Have experience with Opera, Sales, Catering, and Rooms.
- Inject fresh new ideas to drive service standards and encourage repeat business.
- Engage with senior stakeholders daily.
- Pro-actively drive incremental spending on events.
- Communicate all event details to the hotel operational teams through the BEO in a timely and effective manner.
- Establish and nurture positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Demonstrate your passion for events and excellent hospitality.
- Share our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment, Care.
- Have previous experience working in hotels M&E Planning (or conference agency) at Senior level.
