Medical Secretary Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Medical Secretary to join our team on a bank basis. As a Medical Secretary, you will provide key support to our accredited specialists within an outstanding CQC rated hospital.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide administrative support to the medical team, including preparing patient records and correspondence
* Utilize strong audio typing skills to ensure accurate and efficient data entry
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
* Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance the patient experience

**Requirements**

* Prior experience as a Medical Secretary is essential
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in a range of IT software
