Key Responsibilities
  • Produce and issue drawdown instructions for loans, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Create lender allocation tables and repayment schedules, providing a breakdown of capital and interest payments.
  • Monitor monthly repayments received, investigating and resolving any outstanding payments with the monitoring department.
  • Support the Loan Operations team in investigating and resolving issues related to lender accounts.
  • Distribute monthly loan repayments into lender accounts and produce Management Information reports.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in Excel, with a good understanding of basic formulas.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business requirements and priorities.
