Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of financial statements and corporate tax submissions.
  • Compilation of accounts for sole proprietors, limited companies, and partnerships.
  • Assist in formulating the audit strategy and ensuring it meets the audit objectives.
  • Engage actively in audit planning and discussions to identify potential risks and appropriate strategies.
  • Oversee all facets of audit fieldwork and its completion.
  • Ensure that planned audit activities are executed effectively to meet audit goals.

This role will provide exposure to a variety of clients, including small enterprises and not-for-profit organizations.

Candidate Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in an accountancy practice, focusing on accounts preparation and audit assistance, particularly in fieldwork.
  • AAT qualified or currently pursuing ACCA/ACA qualifications.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Experience in direct client interactions.
  • A collaborative team player willing to support colleagues.
