We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Out of School Club Leader to join our team at Westgate. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our pupils and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of our before and after school club, WOOSH.
- Develop and implement engaging activities that promote the learning, care, and pastoral needs of children aged 3-11 years.
- Collaborate with our experienced and skilled colleagues to provide a supportive and inclusive environment for all children.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in our care, adhering to our school's high standards and expectations.
